Garrett is local to Charleston and was raised in the heart of James Island. He has a strong work ethic and dedication that come from his early years of working local restaurant jobs to put himself through college.

Garrett attended Clemson University, where he received his bachelors degree in Civil/Structural Engineering, in addition to two years of postgraduate studies at The Citadel. Prior to real estate, Garrett spent his professional years working as a Structural/Forensic Engineer until transitioning into the real estate world.

Through real estate, Garrett has been able to merge his knowledge of residential structures and love for helping people into one passion. Garrett represents residential buyers & sellers as well as local & out-of-state investors.
